ADS by UAP is fully owned by Ultimate Affiliate Program Ltd

When registering at ADS by UAP, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not register. These Terms of Service apply to you as a member, user, or advertiser at ADS by UAP.

("Agreement")

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE

These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of ADS by UAP and its members.

1. Relationship:

1.01 By joining our site as a member, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy and Refund Policy of ADS by UAP, a project by the Ultimate Affiliate Program Ltd registered at Office F02-04, Oceanic House, Providence Estate, P.O. Box No. 6038, Mahé, Seychelles. Members who do not agree to any of these Terms of Service, Privacy and Refund Policy should stop using our site/service and terminate their account immediately.

1.02 A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of ADS by UAP.

1.03 The member is totally responsible for the money he/she spends on our site ADS by UAP "ads.uap.company".

2. Illegal activities:

2.01 Members may not present ADS by UAP promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by ADS by UAP, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, obscenity or Spam.

2.02 Members of our site are not allowed to gain referrals by enticing them with gifts/rewards/any other incentives other than that mentioned on our site.

2.03 ADS by UAP is not an investment platform. We are an online advertising company working on a Revenue/Rewards Share model. No income/earnings/rewards/revenue is guaranteed; everything is dependent upon future sales.

2.04 Members can not set up multiple accounts or refer themselves. Only one account is allowed per IP address. Using Proxy/VPN is strictly prohibited.

2.05 Using an auto-click bot is strictly prohibited.

2.06 PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WEBSITE: This website is not lawfully accessible to persons under the age of 18 or who are otherwise covered by the provisions of the Child Online Privacy Act of 1998 (COPA). If you are under the age of 18, you must leave this site immediately. Fraudulent use of this website may make you subject to civil or criminal sanctions.

3. Third-Party Liability:

3.01 ADS by UAP will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause harm to members.

4. Membership Fee:

4.01 There is no Membership fee to join our site. However, a fee may be introduced if deemed necessary by ADS by UAP.

5. Inactivity/Cancellation/Termination of membership:

5.01 Membership at ADS by UAP is voluntary and, therefore, may be cancelled at any time by the member.

5.02 ADS by UAP, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate, the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms of Service, Privacy, or Refund Policy without notice.

5.03 Any member acting unethically or unprofessionally may be removed without refund (if any) at the sole discretion of ADS by UAP, with all current and future commissions and site usage forfeited.

5.04 Any membership that is cancelled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with ADS by UAP. Any positions held in ADS by UAP will also be forfeited, and ownership will be reassigned to ADS by UAP.

5.05 We reserve the right to terminate the member's account in cases like, but not limited to, inactivity of 180 days, spamming, cheating, misuse or abuse of our site/program/site admin(s)/site member(s).

5.06 After 180 days of inactivity (approximately 6 months), the accounts automatically go into inactive mode, and all balances are reset to zero (except for members with one or more PU180).

5.07 Members who have violated our terms of service will be blacklisted and will no longer be able to register on our site. If new accounts are discovered, they will be suspended.

6. Payments:

6.01 All payments are processed manually, and the advertising will be added instantly to your account. Sometimes, they may take a bit longer to process because of server issues, etc. Hence, please allow up to 48 hours for the payment to be processed and for the advertising to be added to your account. If it takes longer, please contact Support for further assistance.

6.02 All payments will be made via Bitcoin, Litecoin, Payeer, Perfect Money or ECA-N. No other method of payment is available at this time.
The minimum amount paid is $20 on the first cashout. This amount will increase by $20 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum of $100 and a maximum of $250 every 10 days ($500 per day for Golden members).
A fee of 5% will be deducted from the amount paid.
All payments will be processed within 20 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. The payment processor's support will handle any action after that.

7. Refund Policy:

7.01 All purchased items (Upgrade fees for memberships (if any)/add funds/purchase Massive External Traffic (PU180) or other ad package(s)) are non-refundable (NO REFUND).

7.02 If you make a dispute, Chargeback or reverse transactions on your purchases, your account will be suspended immediately. Upon the closure of the dispute, we will re-evaluate the situation and may either reinstate your account or terminate it.

8. For Advertisers:

8.01 Pornography / Adult / Gambling / Betting or any related ads are not allowed.

8.02 Ads that disgrace any Religion / Faiths / Beliefs / Culture / Race / person / animals or any other living creatures / our site / other sites / other programs are not allowed.

8.03 Ads with false/fake/misleading claims are not allowed.

Your account will be terminated if these types of ads are posted.

9. Privacy Policy:

9.01 ADS by UAP will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the member's consent unless required by law.

9.02 Your information collected is used for the communication of ADS by UAP with the members and will not be sold to any other company.

9.03 We use cookies to keep track of advertisements and Affiliates. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enable the sites or service provider systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.

10. Contact Information:

10.1 It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date in the members' area. ADS by UAP will not be responsible for communication errors due to incorrect or out-of-date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

11. Copyright Material:

11.01 All branding, logos and graphics contained within ADS by UAP are for copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. ADS by UAP provides members with approved material for marketing within the members' area.

12. Damaging Intent:

12.01 Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium or content that is deemed damaging to ADS by UAP and/or its members may result in the termination of your membership with ADS by UAP. Depending on seriousness, ADS by UAP may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

13. UCE/UBE or SPAM:

13.01 ADS by UAP strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of ADS by UAP and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will result in the termination of your membership.

14. Tax:

14.01 You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in your resident country/domicile or jurisdiction for any income you receive either from ADS by UAP or any program promoted via the ADS by UAP program.

15. These Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions relating to services described in this website "ads.uap.company" shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles. Disputes arising in relation to the same shall, unless otherwise expressly agreed, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.

16. ADS by UAP reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

Earnings Disclaimer

1. This is not a “get rich quick scheme” or “Investment Program” or “Matrix Program” or “MLM Program”, but purely an advertising platform where members are buying traffic to promote their products.

2. You are buying services from ADS by UAP, and there is no guarantee of share earnings. Money spent on all purchases is non-refundable.

3. You cannot promote any illegal products or sites (e.g.) gambling sites, porn sites, any illegal materials etc. If anybody is found not following the rules, their account will be blocked immediately, and no money will be refunded.

4. All products and services from the ADS by UAP are for advertising purposes only, and whatever earnings generated from the sales of the products will be used to share with the members.

5. Please seek advice from qualified professionals and check with your accountant, lawyer, or professional advisor before buying our services if you are not sure of any terms and conditions.

6. Members are responsible for making their own decisions before buying our products and services from our website and are advised to do their own due diligence when it comes to making business decisions, and all information, products, and services that are provided should be independently verified by your own qualified professionals. Our information, products, and services on this website should be carefully considered and evaluated, before reaching a business decision, on whether to rely on them or not. All disclosures and disclaimers made herein or on our site apply equally to any offers, prizes, or incentives that may be made by our site.
